Jada Alicea-Rochelle is an advocate for equitable policy and practice. Driven by a passion for social justice and systemic change, she has dedicated her career to advancing policies and practices that create equitable opportunities for systematically marginalized communities. She is particularly interested in the intersection of policy and practice, recognizing that equity is shaped not only by policies themselves but also by how they are implemented.
With a Master of Social Work from Howard University, she is also a proud Meredith alum, where she obtained her BSW. She currently serves as the North Carolina Justice Center Policy Analyst, where she helps shape equitable public policy through research, data analysis, legislative engagement, and strategic communication.
