Building a Network of Business Champions: Regional Convenings

Join us for one of two regional convenings for business leaders who want to work with the Public School Forum and their peers across the state to create a network of business champions for public education. A complimentary lunch will be provided.

At each convening, we’ll bring business and community leaders and education advocates together to:

  • Build shared understanding of North Carolina’s education funding landscape – including where we fall compared to other states and the role of tax and revenue policy – and why addressing revenue is essential to solving systemic challenges.
  • Inspire business leaders to champion strong public schools as foundational to North Carolina’s economic competitiveness and long-term workforce health.
  • Share feedback and ideas about how we can work together to unite around a clear, shared vision for the future of education in North Carolina.
