As the senior writer/researcher, Lindsay Wagner supports the Forum by providing research, analysis, and reporting on issues pertaining to education in North Carolina with a particular focus on transparency and accountability. Prior to joining the Public School Forum, Lindsay worked as an education writer/researcher for the Fletcher Foundation, where she also wrote about key education issues facing North Carolina. Lindsay also worked as an education reporter for N.C. Policy Watch and has held positions at the American Federation of Teachers, the Institute of International Education, the National Education Association, and The Brookings Institution. Lindsay holds a master’s degree in international education policy from the University of Maryland, College Park and a bachelor’s degree from UMD-CP in French and business.
