Julie Little, an NC New Teacher Support Program Instructional Coach at Appalachian State Univeristy, supports novice teachers and district partners by offering expertise in MTSS, differentiation, diverse learners, and classroom engagement. With 24 years in education, she’s been a Math Specialist, AIG Specialist, mentor, and PD facilitator, leaving a lasting impact. Collaborating with passionate educators fuels her commitment to excellence and meeting diverse student needs. Julie, pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership, holds certifications in Elementary Education, AIG, and Reading K-12. A NC Teaching Fellows awardee and National Board Certified Educator, her dedication to learning is steadfast. She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology from UNC-Asheville and a master’s in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University.
