
As a former educator and school counselor, Eulanda has over 20 years of experience working in public education. Her passion for education led her to seek out a larger platform to share knowledge about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). As a result, she competed and won the title of Ms. Black North Carolina USA, 2022. Since being crowned, she has delivered numerous keynote addresses and served as a panelist for leading organizations.
Eulanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a dual track master’s degree in Counselor Education and Clinical Mental Health. She is a trauma and resilience educator through Resources for Resilience™ and has facilitated trainings throughout North Carolina and beyond.
She serves as a board member of Rural Opportunity Institute (ROI) whose vision is to end generational cycles of trauma and poverty by preventing ACEs. She has done ongoing consultant work with esteemed organizations such as Rutgers University and Barton College.
Currently employed with the Public School Forum of North Carolina, Eulanda is as a Senior Program Manager with the North Carolina Center for Resilience and Learning. She lives in Wilson, North Carolina where she is a devoted mother to four resilient young adults.
