Drew Washington is a Raleigh native and Youth Organizer with Education Justice Alliance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Furman University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia. Deeply committed to justice-oriented work, Drew returned to his community and joined Education Justice Alliance (EJA) as a community organizer. Working directly with youth, Drew supports young people in building power within themselves and across their schools and communities. Through his work, he focuses on developing youth leadership, fostering critical consciousness, and advancing education equity.
