Jenn Gardner Selby is the Executive Director of Transfer Success & Higher Education Partnerships at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She also serves as the North Carolina Community College System appointed Co-Chair of the Transfer Advisory Committee (TAC). With over twenty years of experience in the state’s higher education sector, Jenn is a passionate advocate for college transfer and for inter-agency collaboration. She was a founding member and past-president of the NCCC AFA Association and the N3C2A (NC Advising Association), and serves on local boards and committees. She earned her BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University and her MAFA from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, UK. Jenn resides in Rowan County with her family and loves being a mom. In her free time she enjoys visiting North Carolina’s mountains and beaches.
