Courtney Nunnamaker is a fourth-grade educator in North Carolina who is passionate about literacy, vocabulary development, and creating engaging learning experiences for all students. She earned a BFA in Graphic Design from UNC Greensboro in 2005 and completed her Educator Licensure at Barton College in 2022. In 2026, she earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Literacy from NC State University. Courtney combines creativity, evidence-based instructional practices, differentiation, and meaningful cross-curricular connections to support student growth. She strives to create a classroom where students feel challenged, supported, and empowered to become confident learners, critical thinkers, and future world changers. Courtney resides in her hometown of Oxford NC.
