
The State Employees Combined Campaign (SECC) is the official workplace giving program for North Carolina state employees and retirees. For over 40 years, the SECC has connected state employees to nonprofits that strengthen communities across our state.
The 2025 SECC runs from September 1 – December 31, 2025. When you designate the Public School Forum of North Carolina (Code 7091), your contribution supports trusted research, advocacy, and programs that strengthen local public schools—schools that serve every child, every day.
How It Works
- Payroll Deduction: Give as little as $3/month — just $10/month designated directly to the Forum.
- Other Options: Contribute by check, credit card, or bank gift.
- Easy to Participate: Pledge online at www.ncsecc.org or complete a paper pledge form through your SECC coordinator or payroll office.
