
Chyna Delk-Bratcher is a dedicated educator, speaker, and advocate for equity in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Teaching, and brings experience teaching both Kindergarten and 5th grade. In recognition of her impact, she was named the 2024–2025 Beginning Teacher of the Year.
Passionate about integrating Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) into instruction, Chyna believes SEL is essential for both academic achievement and lifelong success. She is also a strong advocate for addressing hunger and homelessness, using her voice and platform to bring awareness to community needs while encouraging collective solutions.
Known for her creativity, servant leadership, and commitment to student growth, Chyna inspires learners to discover their strengths while building a love for education. Beyond the classroom, she mentors beginning teachers, shares practical resources, and speaks on topics of education, community advocacy, and teacher empowerment.
