The Public School Forum of NC remains an indispensable champion of better public schools and the most trusted source in the state for research and analysis on vital education issues. We engage communities, legislators, business leaders, and educators to inform, build consensus, and drive action to shape education policy that centers on the needs and success of students.
As the Forum celebrates 40 years of impact, we share these spotlights on our work over the past year, beautifully illustrated by student artist Dewone Wright. You will find a year in review of the Forum’s policy, research and convening efforts as well as spotlights on the three Centers housed at the Forum: the NC Center for Resilience and Learning, the Dudley Flood Center for Educational Equity, and the NC Center for Afterschool Programs.

A beacon of light and hope for us working in NC. Magan Gonzalez-Smith is among the heroes of our state — how lucky PSF is to have her among your wise leaders!
