DESCRIPTION:Eggs & Issues is an annual breakfast event hosted by the Public School Forum of North Carolina at the beginning of each legislative session at which the Forum releases our Top Education Issues report. The Top Issues outline the Forum’s priorities for what should be at the forefront of education policy decision-making in the coming legislative biennium. Eggs & Issues also serves as an opportunity for educators\, policymakers and advocates to connect. Sandra Wilcox Conway of Conway and Associates also provides key partnership design for Color of Education. The partnership seeks to build bridges across the fields of research\, policy\, and practice and bring together the knowledge and perspectives of communities\, educators\, policymakers\, experts and other key stakeholders focused on achieving racial equity and dismantling systemic racism in education across the state of North Carolina.
