Shelly Owens

Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Shelly is the first point of contact at the Public School Forum. Shelly serves as the receptionist, office manager, and executive assistant to the President & Executive Director, as well as coordinates the administrative functions for Forum meetings and events. Prior to joining the Forum, Shelly worked in various nonprofits, including 12 years at the American Physical Therapy Association in northern Virginia where she served as Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, and Assistant Director. Shelly received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
