Hi! My name is Emma Maney, and I’m a second year 8th grade ELA teacher in Jackson County Public Schools! I am a western NC native and love living in the mountains. I attended UNC Chapel Hill for my undergraduate career and majored in history and public policy, and then went on to Western Carolina University to receive my Masters of Arts in teaching. In my free time I love to read, bake, hike, and spend time with my husband and our two fur-children!
