Dr. Widelock has over a decade of experience in the field of education having worked in both K-12 public schools and higher education. Currently, Dr. Widelock is an assistant professor and director of the teacher residency licensure program at High Point University. Prior to this, he held numerous roles in K-12 education including high school science teacher, department head, instructional coach, and high school administrator. Dr. Widelock holds a B.A. in bioethics, a M.A.T. in secondary science, a J.D., and an Ed.D. in educational leadership.
