Directions to the Forum

From the WEST via I-40
  • Take I-40 East to exit 289 (Wade Ave.)
  • Take exit I-440 North (Wake Forest/Rocky Mount) to exit 7 (Glenwood Ave., 70 East). Make a right as you come off the exit ramp.
  • Once on Glenwood Ave, get into the left lane. At the first stop light, make a left into Glenwood Place on Womans Club Drive.
  • At the end of Womans Club Drive, bear left onto National Drive. The Cumberland building is located at 3739 National Drive(the end of the road) .
  • The Forum is located on the first floor in Suite 100.
From the EAST via I-40
  • From I-40 West, take the US-64 EAST/I-440 NORTH exit, exit number 301.
  • Merge onto I-440 E/US-64 E.
  • Stay straight to go onto I-440 N.
  • I-440 N becomes I-440 W/US-1 S.
  • Take the US-70 EAST/NC-50 SOUTH/GLENWOOD AVE/RIDGE RD exit, exit number 7A.
  • Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
  • Merge onto GLENWOOD AVE/NC-50 S/US-70 E.
  • At the first stop light, make a left into the Glenwood Place onto Womans Club Drive.
  • Womans Club Drive comes to a dead-end and you must bear left onto National Drive. The Cumberland building is located at  3739 National Drive (the end of the road).
  • The Forum is located on the first floor in Suite 100.
From the EAST via US 64
  • US-64 W becomes US-64 W/NEW BERN AVE.
  • Take the I-440 NORTH/OUTER BELTLINE ramp towards WAKE FOREST.
  • Merge onto I-440 W.
  • I-440 W becomes I-440 W/US-1 S.
  • Take the US-70 EAST/NC-50 SOUTH/GLENWOOD AVE/RIDGE RD exit, exit number 7A.
  • Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
  • Merge onto GLENWOOD AVE/NC-50 S/US-70 E.
  • At the first stop light,  make a left into the Glenwood Place onto Womans Club Drive.
  • Womans Club Drive comes to a dead-end and you must bear left onto National Drive. The Cumberland building is located at (the end of the road) 3739 National Drive.
  • The Forum is located on the first floor in Suite 100.
From the SOUTH via US 1
  • Take Highway 1 into Raleigh (it becomes the Inner Beltline).
  • Exit GLENWOOD AVE/NC-50 S/US-70 E
  • Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp.
  • Merge onto GLENWOOD AVE/NC-50 S/US-70 E.
  • At the first stop light, make a left into the Glenwood Place onto Womans Club Drive.
  • Womans Club Drive comes to a dead-end and you must bear left onto National Drive. The Cumberland building is located at (the end of the road) 3739 National Drive.
  • The Forum is located on the first floor in Suite 100.
SOUTH via US 401
  • Take Highway 401 into Raleigh and follow Capitol Boulevard to Wade Avenue.
  • Exit GLENWOOD AVE—go right.
  • Stay on Glenwood Avenue and once you pass Oberlin Road, turn right at the third stoplight into the Glenwood Center onto Womans Club Drive (it’s the immediate right after the Poyner & Spruill law firm sign).
  • Womans Club Drive comes to a dead-end and you must bear left onto National Drive. The Cumberland building is located at (the end of the road) 3739 National Drive.
  • The Forum is located on the first floor in Suite 100.
